BEE&YOU PRODUCT SAFETY POLICY

1.⁠ ⁠Purpose and Scope

This policy has been prepared to ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of Bee&You branded food supplements and natural cosmetic products throughout the entire supply chain (production, storage, transportation, and distribution).
Our products require special sensitivity to preserve their natural and biologically active ingredients.

2.⁠ ⁠Storage and Preservation Conditions

To maintain the efficacy and microbiological stability of Bee&You products, the following conditions are mandatory:

2.1 Environmental Conditions

  • Temperature: Stable room temperature between 15°C – 25°C

  • Humidity: 60% relative humidity

  • Light: Keep away from direct sunlight and UV sources

  • Cleanliness: Store in hygienic, dry, and dust-free areas in compliance with food safety protocols

  • Placement: Store on shelves or pallets at least 50 cm away from walls and floors

2.2 Packaging Conditions

  • Products must be kept in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging

  • Label information including expiration date and lot number must be visible

  • Outer boxes must be protected against impact and vibration

3.⁠ ⁠Logistics and Transportation Standards

3.1 Transportation Conditions

  • Products are sensitive to ambient temperature and should preferably be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles

  • Use boxes that are protected against impact and leakage

  • During transportation, products must be kept upright and stable

3.2 Carrier Requirements

  • Prefer logistics companies certified with HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar food safety standards

  • Products should be classified as those that do not require cold chain but must remain stable at room temperature

4.⁠ ⁠Product Safety Monitoring

  • All products are subject to batch-based traceability systems from production to end-user

  • Expired, leaking, or spoiled products must be immediately separated and reported

  • A recall procedure is maintained for each production batch

5.⁠ ⁠Risk and Compliance Audits

  • Product safety is ensured through regular microbiological, physical, and chemical tests

  • Throughout shelf life, analysis reports, stability data, and certificates are kept up-to-date

  • Compliance with regulations such as FDA, EU Food Supplement Directive, IFS, BRC, ISO 22000, and Cosmetic Regulations is essential for all food supplements and cosmetics

6.⁠ ⁠Safety Information on Packaging

All product packaging clearly states the storage conditions:
“Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep at ambient room temperature.”
This statement is essential to preserve the stability of natural ingredients such as propolis, royal jelly, and raw honey in the formula.

7.⁠ ⁠Revision and Maintenance

This policy is reviewed at least once a year or whenever legal updates require it.
Updates are made in accordance with the latest policies of Amazon, the European Union, FDA, ISO, BRC, and other relevant authorities.
