When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday until 11 am eastern time will be shipped in the same day. Orders placed on Saturday after 11 am and Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship via Priority Mail from New Jersey and shipping time will vary between 1 – 3 business days based on the "ship to" destination after your order has shipped. To ensure there are no delivery delays, please make sure to include your apartment/door/suite number to your address and review your address and advise us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address. It is BEE&YOU’s policy not to replace items that are lost or returned because an incorrect address was supplied.

Due to USPS shipping policy, unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, changes in carrier route, etc.) can cause delay in deliveries and delivery times are not guaranteed.
How much does BEE&YOU charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more. We charge $6.99 flat shipping rate for any location for the orders less than $40.
How do I return an order?
You may return unopened product for replacement, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

- We will email you the return label within 24 business hours.
- Place unopened items and proof of purchase securely in shipping box.
Attach return label to shipping box and give to your mail carrier or drop it at the USPS location nearest you.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your replacement, store credit or refund request. Please allow at least 10 days from receipt of your item(s) to process your request. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Purchases made from entities other than BEE&YOU website are not eligible for replacement, credit or refund.
