When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday until 11:00 am Central European Time will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday after 11:00 am and Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship from the Netherlands using reliable carriers, and shipping times will vary between 1 – 3 business days depending on the destination after your order has been dispatched. To prevent delivery delays, please ensure you provide a complete and correct address, including any necessary apartment, door, or suite number. Once a parcel has been shipped, we cannot amend the delivery address or guarantee redelivery in the event of incorrect information. BEE&YOU does not replace items lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unusual circumstances, such as traffic disruptions, staffing issues, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
How much does BEE&YOU charge for shipping?
- Free shipping is available for all orders of €50 or more.
- For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €6.99 applies.
How do I return an order?
Unopened products may be returned for a replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will email you a return label within 24 business hours.
Place the unopened items and proof of purchase securely in a shipping box.
Attach the return label to the shipping box and drop it off at the nearest post office or with your mail carrier.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request for a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for processing. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Note: Purchases made from entities other than the official BEE&YOU Europe website are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.
